From I-45 take exit at Fairfield then take US Hwy 84 go Northwest toward Mexia stay on US Hwy 84 until you get to SWARCO & it sits back off road in a very large white Quonset Hut bldg., almost to Mexia, take right on FCR 971 (no street sign at road and go to first turn on blacktop, left, keep traveling until you see agent sign near the dead end on left side of road.

From Mexia: At Wal-Mart red light on US Hwy 84 travel 2.3 miles and take left (North) @ Swarco (it sits off the road in a very large white Quonset Hut bldg (road is FCR 971, but no sign), travel down road for 1.7 miles & make left, go 1.8 miles and see agent sign at 1st red gate w/new entrance w/wooden fencing at entrance. Before you get to property you will have 2 sharp curves and a bridge. Property and land will be on left. Look for agent sign at property gate.
